Timeline Studio

Authorized portrait animation

Create a talking portrait as an editable video asset

Timeline Studio combines JoyVASA audio-driven motion with LivePortrait neural rendering in the browser. The completed video becomes a reusable media asset instead of being published or inserted into the timeline without confirmation.

What inputs are required?

The workflow needs an authorized portrait and a speech track. Clear, front-facing source images and clean speech generally provide a more stable result. Users remain responsible for identity consent, media rights and disclosure when publishing synthetic output.

How does it work?

JoyVASA converts speech into motion coefficients. LivePortrait applies that motion to the source appearance using a browser WebGPU rendering path. Sparse neural frames can be interpolated for encoded output, while validation rejects non-finite or visibly invalid intermediate results.

Preview and quality modes

The product provides a faster preview-oriented path and a higher-resolution quality path. High-resolution neural rendering is computationally demanding and can be slow on current browser GPUs; the interface reports real stages instead of describing interpolation as real-time neural generation.

After generation

The result is committed to My assets. Users decide whether and where to add it to the timeline, preserving the editor's non-destructive asset workflow.
